Everest Base Camp Helicopter Fly-Out Trek is a breathtaking and enchanting experience on the trail of the world’s highest mountain Mt Everest. In this adventure, you will be trekking and flying to the highest places in the world in a short itinerary/schedule.

In the trail of approximately 5,545m, Everest Base Camp Heli Fly Out Trek can let you see and enjoy what others may take a month to see on a typical Everest Base Camp Trek.

In the Everest Base Camp Trek, you will walk for approximately 5-6 hours daily. Similarly, the trek style of this Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour belongs to the Tea House style trek.

On this trek, you will see the beautiful snow capped mountains, the sherpa settlements, century-old monasteries, ice lake, glaciers, Everest Base Camp and more. After the trek, we will return to Kathmandu by Helicopter.
The Everest Base Camp Helicopter Fly-Out trek is a very unique trek. In this trek, you will enjoy all you can get with both the Everest base camp trek and the Everest base camp helicopter tour. So, the trek is very cost-effective and can be completed on a short schedule. If you want to visit the Everest Base Camp Trek but do not want to spend a long time on the trail, this trek is suitable for you.

But if you want to visit the Everest Base Camp with long treks for weeks, you may also go on an Everest Base Camp Trek.

If you want to change or customize the Everest Base Camp Fly-Out Trek, we at Himalayas Mountain can customize the trek in accordance with your needs.

Travel, Accommodation and Activities in the Everest Base Camp Fly-Out Trek

In the Everest Base Camp Fly Out trek, we will be travelling by both ground and air transport. For the air transport in this trek, we will mostly use helicopters. Additionally, for ground transport, we will be using private vehicles.

From the Tribhuvan International Airport, it will take approx 1 and a half hours of flight to reach the Everest Base Camp.

For the Everest Base Camp Fly Out trek, we can fly from 5,000 meters to 5,500 meters high. But, it is impossible to take the helicopter to the top of Everest due to high elevation, altitude, weather, unstable weather conditions and more.

Most of our drivers, guides and pilots have years of experience. They have taken many tourists on the thrilling adventure in Everest and can react and prepare in case of emergency.

If we were to talk about accommodations, for this trail we will mostly use the Tea House. But, if you know or want to change the accommodations to somewhere else, we can change all the needs for accommodation if possible/available.

Best Month and Time of the Everest Base Camp Trek

The best months for the Everest Base Camp Trek are in the months of March – June and the months of  September- December. The best season for this trek is the spring and autumn season.

Because the Everest Base Camp lies at a high altitude and has many fluctuations in the weather, even if it is possible to go in other months and seasons, it may/may not be suitable for you.
